A love of property and attention to detail part of your DNA? We’re expanding and looking for an experienced agent to manage and grow an existing Rental portfolio – we operate throughout Southern Suburbs.
Starting with a small existing portfolio providing a good basic this is a full-time commission-based position with consistent earning potential.
Primary requirements are NQF4 (Sales or Rental), Drivers license & reliable car, Laptop (operating MSOffice/Windows), & Cellphone (contract essential).
Wearing several hats key requirements are:
- A high degree of integrity and commitment
- Computer competency (on MS Office/Windows)
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving ability
- Service oriented (customer experience is VIP)
- A sense of diplomacy
- Good communication & listening skills
- Team player
- Ability to negotiate and network
- Attention to detail is vital
Duties include – viewing properties & signing up contract to rent, advertise on website, conduct viewings, thoroughly screen & process lease applications, load on PayProp (property management system) once successful, conclude lease, perform inspections, attend to maintenance requests and admin related to the portfolio, assist in marketing for new properties.
Energetic, well-presented and self-motivated the ideal candidate is an experienced property or rental agent.
